First, fill out an inquiry form. We try our best to get back to our inquiries no later than 48 hours. After receiving, we will review your date and see if we have availablity.
Once we have confirmed we have availability for your desired date, we highly recommend a 10-15 minute follow up phone consultation to discuss your event. Here we will discuss your vision, your budget, and how we can best accommodate you.
To move forward with your booking, we do require a 50% retainer to secure your date. This retainer will be applied towards the final bill. Without this retainer, your date is not secured.
This is where the magic happens! Together we finalize exact colors and details of your event. We share ideas amongst each other through text/email and decide on the best design ! Mock ups or vision boards are included with our balloon & backdrop packages, and are by request.
Final payments are due no later than 3 Buisness days prior to your event.
We will arrive no later than 1.5 hours prior towards the event to setup, and breakdown after the party is finished. In some instances, we will break down the next day if agreed upon.
